Killyhevlin Lakeside Hotel & Lodges cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to noon GMT on the day of arrival unless previous cancellation terms have been negotiated. Non arrivals or late cancellations will be liable for the balance of accommodation charge for the first night of the entire booking. These charges will be applied to the credit card guaranteeing the booking.

Self-Catering
 A non-refundable 25% deposit per Lodge/Studio is required to secure your booking. The outstanding balance is payable no later than 28 days prior to arrival. Bookings made within 28 days of arrival date or special offers must be paid in full at the time of booking. 

CANCELLATION CHARGES: 
25% booking deposit is non-refundable in all cases. 
Within 28 days of arrival: forfeit 50% of the booking cost. 
Within 14 days of arrival: forfeit 100% of the booking cost.

Hotel and Lakeland Studio guests can check in from 3pm, check out is at 11am. 
Lakeside and Woodland Lodge guests check in is from 4pm and check out at 10am.
