We ask that if you are or anyone in your household are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms such as a high temperature, a new, continuous cough or loss or change to your sense of smell or taste to please postpone their visit to a later date.
We would also ask that any customers that may have visited countries affected by Covid-19 or have been in contact with a confirmed case, please postpone their visit.
Guests with a temperature of over 38 will be denied entry to the Spa.
If you have high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies or other medical complications we advise that you consult your doctor before booking any spa treatments. If you have a medical condition and would like to know what treatments you can avail of, please ask our spa therapists who will be happy to assist you. You will be asked to complete a consultation and covid-19 questionnaire using a sanitized pen.
Please arrive to The Spa 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. Please keep a 2 meter distance from anyone else while in the Spa other than during the treatment.
On arrival for your treatment, please sanitise your hands with the sanitiser provided at the spa reception. A routine temperature check will be taken on arrival.
Guests will be taken straight to the treatment room please try not to touch anything unnecessarily.
You will be asked to place your personal belongings in the lined receptacle and use the hand sanitizer provided to clean your hands.
PPE / Face Masks
Your therapist will be wearing PPE during all treatments, we kindly ask that your wear a face mask for all treatments. As per current Government advice masks are not mandatory but please feel free to wear your own or we can supply a disposable one. (Due to the close contact nature of some treatments we will ask you to wear a mask).
Water will be available in disposable cups.
Spa Changing Facilities
Spa guests will prepare for their treatment in their designated treatment room as Spa changing facilities are currently closed in line with Government guidelines. There will be no shower facilities available at the spa.
Your therapist will escort you to either the exit or *relaxation room *(dependant on social distancing). Please dispose of any supplied masks appropriately on exit.
Our Relaxation Suite is open for Spa Guests, however we are unable to provide refreshments or reading material in accordance with guidelines. Time will be restricted to 60 minutes use of the Relaxation Suite.
Our hydrotherapy facilities – Indoor Swimming Pool, Sauna, Jacuzzi and Outdoor Hot Tub are currently closed in line with government guidelines.
The Spa is a sanctuary for the mind, body and soul. Out of consideration for others, we request that visitors keep noise to a minimum. Mobile phones and electronic devices must be switched off before entering The Spa. Treatments and spa facilities are only available to persons aged 16 years and over.
All treatments are carried out subject to completion of our questionnaire, which you will be required to complete on arrival. Some medical conditions may restrict the treatments you can avail of. You are asked to contact us or your GP prior to arrival (with a doctor’s note if applicable). If any treatment is found to be unsuitable, a qualified therapist will recommend, where possible, an alternative treatment, subject to availability. Therapist requested: If you request a particular therapist we endeavour to deliver but this is not always possible.
A valid credit card number will be required and confirmed with a 50% deposit to secure your booking. We recommend that you book in advance of your arrival at the Spa in order to secure your preferred date and time of treatments.
We are encouraging card / contactless payments where possible but cash is also being accepted and hotel guests can charge to their room. All prices are quoted in sterling pounds per person and are subject to change without prior notice. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue treatments without prior notice.
Cancellation Policy –Individual Bookings
As a courtesy to other clients, 24 hour notice is required, otherwise a 100% cancellation fee will be incurred on the given credit card or the deposit forfeited. Full charge will be imposed for a ‘no show’ or on the day cancellation.
Cancellation Policy – Group Bookings (4 people +)
As a courtesy to other clients, a fourteen day notice is required; otherwise a 50% cancellation fee will be incurred. If less than 7 days prior to arrival a 100% cancellation fee will be incurred. Full charge will be imposed for a ‘no show’.
Treatment packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If Late for an Appointment
Appointment times must be adhered to. Should you arrive late, your treatment will end at the appointed time and full payment must be made.
We recommend that no jewellery be worn at the Spa. The management accepts no responsibility for the loss of valuables brought onto Spa premises.
To continue your spa journey at home all products can be purchased at the Spa.
