Our team are thrilled to welcome guests back to 'Make Memories By The Lakes’. Our tranquil Lakeside location on the outskirts of Enniskillen, Ireland's only island town, is the picture perfect setting to ‘Konnect By The Lakes’ with family and friends.
We have outlined some of our re-opening plans which have been developed in line with government guidelines. We trust that these provide you with the reassurance needed to make your travel plans.

Flexible Booking Policy

Your Stay - Guest Rooms / Self-Catering Lakeside Lodges
In line with our ‘Committed To Your Care’ Policy all stays are based on a minimum of a 2 night stay - arrival options Sunday, Wednesday or Friday.
Our dedicated House Keeping team will build upon the already high standards of housekeeping and hygiene. New standards include the introduction of room seals to indicate that your guest room has not been accessed since being thoroughly cleaned.
Social distancing signage and hand sanitizer stations will be in place throughout all public areas. Additional deep cleaning of high touch surfaces, and ‘last cleaned’ charts on display.
Our friendly professional Reception Team remain on hand to assist with any queries. Updated procedures include reduced contact at check-in, contactless transactions, front desk screens, sanitiser stations,digital check in, sanitised key-cards and paperless check-out.
All guests will be required to pay by credit / debit card (removing cash transactions). All card terminals will be sanitised regularly.Alternatively guests can pre-pay by telephone prior to arrival or departure.

What time is check-in? From 3.00 p.m. Early check-in is unavailable at this time.
We have invested in Digital Key technology for guests who desire to have a contactless arrival experience. If a physical key is required,it will be sanitised prior to use.
To help minimise contact, we will be providing a paperless checkout service.

It is essential that all dining experiences, including breakfast and room service, are booked in advance. This allows us to manage the volume of guests and team members within any one area, to ensure social distancing guidelines are adhered to.
All seating areas will be arranged to comply with safe social distancing guidelines.
Our Reservations Team will be in contact with you to pre-book your dining times.
We are introducing an A la Carte breakfast menu in order to manage your dining experience safely, Service Times 8.00 a.m. – 10.30 a.m. daily.
Alternatively breakfast can be served to your guestroom by completing a room service order.

Our bar areas will provide table service only. Our table layouts will comply with social distancing, creating a safe environment for our team members and guests.

Killyhevlin Health Club – Leisure Facilities
It is planned that inline with Government Guidelines Indoor Swimming Pool at Killyhevlin Health Club will be open to residents from August 2020 with social distancing and increased health and safety precautions in place.
