Killyhevlin Lakeside Hotel & Lodges were one of the first to receive 'We’re Good To Go’ COVID-19 national industry standard and consumer mark to certify that the respective national guidance, including social distancing and cleanliness protocols, have been put in place.

Committed To Your Care Policy

Our  ‘Committed To Your Care Policy, has been developed in line with government guidelines, has involved a significant investment in state-of-the-art technology including the introduction of thermal cameras to monitor temperatures of staff and guests arriving on-site, 24 hour hand sanitiser stations and established social distancing measures for team members and guests, supported by wall and floor signage as well as an enhanced cleaning regime, which we trust provides you with the reassurance to enjoy your stay.

Arrival & Departure To The Hotel

All guests will have a temperature check completed discreetly on arrival to the hotel using state of the art thermal cameras and contact details(of non-residents) will be taken to comply with track and trace.

In line with government regulation, all guests are required to wear face masks in the public areas. These can be removed when seated during meal times.

Visible markings will guide you safely in the hotel lobby, and our colleagues will observe social distancing whilst checking you in and out, please adhere to our one way system

Our friendly professional Reception Team remain on hand to assist with any queries. Updated procedures include reduced contact at check-in, contactlesstransactions, front desk screens, sanitiser stations, digital check in, sanitised key-cards and paperless check-out.

All seating areas will be arranged to comply with safe social distancing guidelines.
It is essential that all dining experiences, including breakfast and room service, are booked in advance. This allows us to manage the volume of guests and team members within any one area, to ensure social distancing guidelines are adhered to.

Our lounges and dining areas enjoy large open spaces for you toenjoy. However, we are conscious that these are shared spaces and have putadditional cleaning measures in place for your comfort.

Killyhevlin Health Club 

Your stay includes use of Killyhevlin Health Club facilities including Indoor Swimming Pool, Sauna & Steam Room, Jacuzzi & Outdoor Hot Tub, overlooking Lough Erne. 

Pre-booking for use of the Health Club Facilities is essential in advance of your stay. 45 Minute slot options.
8.00am-8.45am, 9.00am-9.45am; 1.00pm-1.45pm, 2.00pm-2.45pm, 3.00pm-3.45pm; 4.00pm-4.45pm, 5.00pm-5.45pm.
Times are strictly subject to availability and we recommend booking your Health Club time slot as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Guests will prepare for use of the Health Club in their guest room as changing facilities are currently closed in line with Government guidelines. There will be no shower facilities available at the Health Club. Swimming hats must be worn in the pool at all times.

Your Stay- Guest Rooms / Self-Catering Lakeside Lodges

Our dedicated House Keeping team will build upon the already high standards of housekeeping and hygiene. New standards include the introduction of room seals to indicate that your guest room has not been accessed since being thoroughly cleaned.

Public Areas

Social distancing signage and hand sanitizer stations will be in place throughout all public areas as well as additional deep cleaning of hightouch surfaces,


All guests will be required to pay by credit / debit card(removing cash transactions). All card terminals will be sanitised regularly.Alternatively guests can pre-pay by telephone prior to arrival or departure.

In line with our ‘Committed To Your Care’ Policy all stays are based on a minimum of a 2 night stay.

What time is check-in?  From3.00 p.m. Early check-in is unavailable at this time.

We have invested in Digital Key technology for guests who desire to have a contactless arrival experience. If a physical key is required, it will be sanitised prior to use.
