Killyhevlin Lakeside Hotel & Lodges were ‘leaping with joy’ to be featured on RTE’s Today Show on Thursday 29th February presented by Dáithí Ó Sé alongside Maura Derrane. Killyhevlin’s luxury Lodges ‘starred’ on Ireland's most watched Daytime show which brings an entertaining mix of Ireland's best lifestyle experts, leading chefs, latest entertainment news and travel inspiration.

Travel Writer, Thomas Breathnach talked viewers through staycations to help us ‘Leap into spring’! The segment starred The Fermanagh Lakelands which Thomas fondly describing Fermanagh as “one of his favorite Counties” to enjoy a staycation recommending our collection of Lakeside and Woodland Lodge for the perfect family and pet friendly stay.

Thomas previously experienced our Lakeside Lodges enjoying the ‘pawfect’ short break with his beloved dog Vipp. Together they explored the historic Enniskillen, Ireland’s only island town, enjoying a dog friendly walk at nearby National Trust treasure Castle Coole. The ultimate duo also discovered a whole new angle on The Fermanagh Lakelands to inspire and enjoy, by taking to the waterways captaining their own ‘wee red boat’ from Erne Boat Hire exploring Enniskillen.

As Thomas recommended during his Today Show segment, our collection of Lodges are perfect for a family break, with the added benefit of being pet friendly. Guests can enjoy a luxury home-from home experience in our spacious, modern, private log panelled Lodges. Choose from Lakeside Lodges dotted along the banks of Lough Erne (some Lodges feature a dedicated private jetty – additional charges apply) or Woodland Lodges with private Outdoor Lakeview Hot Tub.
