Swimming Pool
Submerge in the crystal blue heated swimming pool which offers the perfect opportunity to relax the mind whilst exercising the body. Open from very early each day, till late each evening, it is ideally suited to both families and individuals alike*. The pool has a constant depth of 1.4 metres while the hydrotherapy area has a constant depth of 1.1 meters.
Jacuzzi and outdoor hottub
Gentle and more powerful jets of water are placed at different heights and areas of both the Jacuzzi and outdoor cedar hottub so that you can use them on specific parts of your body. This is an excellent way to relieve aches and pains.
Sauna and steam room
In both the sauna and steam room, relaxation is the keynote. As soon as you step inside the warmth opens the pores of the skin, creating a flow of perspiration lifting out the grime of everyday life. Your skin is cleansed and toned leaving it feeling soft, supple and healthy and you emerge rested and rejuvenated, ready to take on the world and all it can throw at you.

*Swimming hats must be worn in the pool at all times and are available to purchase from the Health Club reception for only £2.00. It is advisable to contact Health Club staff for hotel policy in relation to children under the age of 16 years using the Health Club facilities.
