This is a selection of awards the Killyhevlin Hotel has obtained over the last few years. It's very encouraging for our employees to be recognised for the 'good' that they do. After all becoming one of Northern Ireland's top hotels did not happen by having luxury facilities alone. It took people to bring it to life. We thank all who have helped us along our continual pursuit for sheer excellence.

4 Star Quality Standard Rating

The Killyhevlin Hotel has been awarded a prestigious 4 star Quality Standard rating from both the AA and Northern Ireland Tourist Board. Our high calibre rating has been awarded for our consistent standards of hospitality, service, food and comfort.

2nd in UTV’s Ultimate Ulster’s Top Hotels- 2007

The Killyhevlin Hotel & Health Club was voted as the second ‘Top Ulster Hotel’ in the highly popular and credible UTV show ‘Ultimate Ulster’. The show is a celebration of life in the Province of Ulster as voted for by over 10,000 viewers. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all those that voted for us in 2007 and would cherish further votes in 2008’s edition.

NI Tourism Hotel of the Year Award- Highly Commended

The Killyhevlin Hotel was highly commended at the Northern Ireland Tourism Awards. Judges in the awards were suitably impressed by the hotel's 'fantastic location' and, with most of its public rooms facing onto the lake, it was felt that the Killyhevlin was using its location to its best advantage. THe judges also thought the bedrooms were exceptional with one judge commenting "one of the best I've ever slept in- very cosy".

Lifesavers Approved Training Centre

Lifesavers, The Royal Life Saving Society UK, is the UK governing body for Lifesaving and Lifeguarding and is the leading drowning prevention organisation in the UK. We at the Killyhevlin have been approved as a training centre for the delivery of the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification.
